Online Fitness Coach (Remote)

Role

As an Online Strength Coach, you’ll coach clients daily, design programs, interact with clients in our online community, and run onboarding calls. You’ll work 6 days/week, 1-2 hours per day. It can lead in to a full time role if we're both cool.

Responsibilities:

1) Client Communication

Own the relationship end-to-end. Check in daily, lead with a positive/caring tone. Build trust. Solve problems.

2) Programming & Progression

Create and update training plans for beginner women. Adjust based on feedback, data, and personal circumstances.

3) Community & Onboarding

Answer community questions, motivate, and keep the vibe strong. Run onboarding calls that set clients up to win.

4) Time-Sensitive Execution

Most tasks completed within 24 hours; occasionally 2 hour. Not often—but when it’s urgent, it matters.

5) Quality & Improvement

Hold a high bar. Review outcomes, share insights. We change fast—so will you.

Results Measured by:

Client relationship quality, Retention rate, Client adherance rate

Requirements:

Native or fluent English

Perfectionist about execution and on-time delivery.

Women only due to client context.

25+ years old.

Absolute No-Gos:

Mobility or “flexibility coach” profiles.

Regular alcohol use, chaotic life, or no clear goals/dreams.

Compensation:

Per-client pay (contractor).

Earning potential: £2,000+/month when working 4-6 hours/day.
